Our Tumbling Classes – #TumbleTrain Mondays – are led by Coach JDub. There are three groups and class times to choose from:

5:30pm – 6:30pm:  Beginner Tumbling Group

 Focus:

Foundation Skill Development

Skills Targeted:

Forward / Backward Roll, Cartwheel, Roundoff, Back Bend, Back Bend Kickover, Forward / Backward Walkover

New to tumbling? This class is for you. The Beginner Class focuses on basic tumbling skills (All Star Level 1) with a strong emphasis on developing proper tumbling technique. Perfect for younger athletes (ages 5 – 14) new to tumbling. There are no prerequisite skills required to attend this class. This class is ideal for beginner Cheerleaders, Gymnasts, Martial Artists and Parkour / Free Running Athletes.

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm:  Intermediate Tumbling Group

Focus: 

Foundation Skill Mastery, Core Strength Improvement, Progression to Level 2 Tumbling Skills

Skills Targeted: 

All Level 1 Skills (See Above), Standing / Running Back Handspring, Front Punch, Proper Tumble Pass Technique, Combining Skills into single pass

This class is geared toward those Athletes that have mastered the basics (All Star Level 1 & Level 2) and are looking to develop perfect technique for their Level 1 skills while working toward Level 2 tumbling skills. Athletes should have a solid grasp of basic tumbling skills – Forward Roll, Cartwheel, Front Walkover / Back Walkover (Level 1 Mastery). Athletes at this level can perform a Back Handspring (running or standing) and should be looking to perfect their technique and build strength. Open to Athletes age 5 through 18, this class is ideal for intermediate level Cheerleaders, Gymnasts, Martial Artists, Dancers and Parkour / Free Running Athletes.

7:30 pm – 8:30 pm:  Advanced Tumbling Group

Focus: 

Intermediate Skill Mastery, Core Strength Improvement, Progression to Level 3, 4 & 5 Tumbling Skills

Skills Targeted:

All Level 1 & 2 Skills (See Above), Standing / Running Tuck, Layout, Whip, Full, Double, Perfecting Tumble Pass Technique, Combining Advanced Skills into single pass

The Advanced Tumbling group is for experienced Athletes that have mastered the basic and intermediate skills. They should be working on their standing / running tuck and looking to learn advanced tumbling skills. Athletes in this group MUST be proficient in Level 1 & Level 2 Skills before joining this class. Open to Athletes age 5 and up, this class is ideal for advanced level Cheerleaders, Gymnasts, Martial Artists, Dancers, Stunt Performers, and Parkour / Free Running Athletes.

We’re close to Kissimmee, Buenaventura Lakes (BVL), Hunter’s Creek, Southchase, Meadow Woods, St. Cloud, Lake Nona, Conway, Pine Castle, Lee Vista, Azalea Park, Chickasaw, Avalon, Waterford Lakes, Winter Park, Casselberry and Winter Springs

All Athletes must present a signed Participation Waiver prior to class attendance.
